		<description>Mortgage companies are really the only ones that use ALL THREE scores... credit card companies and car finance companies just use one score... the one they happen to subscribe to.

Mortgage companies use your MIDDLE score... so in your example, they would just use 700.... although in that case, it is also the average.</description>
